Wing load test

A 7,5 m wing, weighting 34 kg (for more detail see building review page) ...

... and sustaining a 360 kg load !
On this picture one can count eleven bags of 30 kg, plus the proper wing mass.
This sum to a load factor of 4 g, based on dead weight (fuselage) of 180 kg averaging on two wings.
Bending is then 80 cm at wing tip.

Here the wing under normal working load; 1 g (2 bags + wing mass = 94 kg).

And at 2 g, loading factor of à tight spiral, bending is 40 cm.
